Instructions for Use:

1. Place the product between your toes so that the elongated part is facing upwards.
2. Remove the product for at least 4 hours a day.
3. The product is reusable. Hand wash it with a neutral detergent and warm water, rinse, and let it dry. Sprinkle the fully dried product with talcum powder.
